IMPORTANT:
CURRENTLY POST IS NOT DELIVERED TO RUSSIA OR USA BY THE SLOVENIAN POST. WE CAN NOT SEND ANYTHING TO RUSSIA OR USA. Please do not place orders to these countries, because it will have to be cancelled.
PROCESSING TIME
We ship products usually once a week, on Fridays. Your order needs to be placed by Thursday to be shipped on Friday. This shipment day ensures us the time we need to be able to make and finish other products. Thank you for your understanding!
SHIPMENT METHODS
We ship items internationally using the services of Pošta Slovenije, the Slovenian Post. Your package will be sent as 1st class tracked international mail. We will provide you with the tracking code we receive from the post after mailing your order. For the countries to where standard tracked shipping is not available due to the postal services, your package will be sent as a signed-for packet - you will need to sign for it personally upon delivery (for example Peru & Armenia).

BONE AND ANTLER MATERIALS
Since some of our items are made out of bone or antler, if you are unsure please check before ordering that these materials are allowed to be sent to your destination country. We are not responsible for shipments confiscated by the customs due to being prohibited materials in your country.

International delivery times may vary. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if posting to your destination has been ceased by Pošta Slovenije and therefore the order can't be completed.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
The customer is responsible for any and all customs or import taxes that may apply. We not responsible for delays due to customs. Please check the customs and tax regulations of your country if you are situated outside of EU. Eventual VAT and/or import charges are dealt with your local delivery service.
The customer is also responsible for checking beforehand that the materials of ordered items (for example bone/antler) are not prohibited to send to their destination country.
